In a striking new piece of research, based on a survey of over 500 finance professionals, cloud accounting pioneers AccountsIQ has delved into the big challenges facing finance teams, exploring attitudes towards technology, automation, working practices and talent management.

AccountsIQ conducted research among two groups within finance teams in the UK, divided by age and experience, to examine current attitudes towards their work, their careers, and the tools they used. The results show how finance professionals perceive themselves in the business world, their levels of job satisfaction, their frustrations and ambitions, and how they think technology will either advance their role or eliminate it.
