Yieldstreet is set to launch an automated investing solution for the private markets this year called Yieldstreet 360 Managed Portfolios. The new offering will provide individual investors with diversified access to private equity, real estate, and private credit, tailored to meet their specific investment goals.

The new product comes at a time of rapid expansion in private markets, which have seen their worth more than double from $9.7 trillion in 2012 to $24.4 trillion in 2023, according to EY analysis.

According to the company, Yieldstreet 360 Managed Portfolios aims to overcome the common hurdles such as high entry minimums and intricate investment structures that have historically excluded many investors from private market opportunities.

The managed portfolios will encompass a broad array of assets, allowing investors to effortlessly diversify their holdings across the private markets through a unified platform. With a focus on passive investment strategies, Yieldstreet 360 will offer options for both income and growth, managed automatically to ensure portfolio rebalancing and real-time performance insights without the need for active investor involvement.

Yieldstreet founder and CEO Michael Weisz said: “Yieldstreet 360 marks a watershed moment for private markets. Just as ETFs and mutual funds revolutionized access to stocks and bonds by creating a simple and diversified solution, Yieldstreet 360 will do the same for private markets.

“Leading wealth management firms consistently recommend that high-net-worth individuals allocate 10-20% of their portfolios to alternatives. Yet, traditionally, building a well-balanced portfolio in private markets has been complex, requiring active sourcing, due diligence, and ongoing oversight. With Yieldstreet 360, we’re changing this dynamic — offering investors an all-in-one solution that provides broad exposure to thousands of underlying assets through a single click.”

Leveraging the advisory expertise of global investment firm Wilshire Advisors, Yieldstreet has curated these portfolios with initial investments from firms such as Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Carlyle, and StepStone Group. The selection is anticipated to expand as Yieldstreet adds more partners and investment strategies.

Accredited investors looking to participate in Yieldstreet 360 Managed Portfolios will have the opportunity later this year. The option to join a waitlist for priority access has already begun.
