Uptiq has launched the developer edition of its AI Workbench, a platform designed to support developers in building artificial intelligence (AI) agents and agentic applications for the financial services sector.
The release provides low-code and no-code tools, a large language model (LLM)-agnostic framework, and enterprise-grade security to drive AI innovation in banking, wealth management, and lending.
The AI Workbench developer edition offers support for over 16 LLMs, including a library of fine-tuned models tailored for financial industry applications.
It enables developers to design and deploy AI agents for various financial workflows, such as commercial lending, credit underwriting, and customer service automation.
The platform also includes a low-code/no-code workflow builder, allowing users to create complex business processes through preset nodes for data integration, user interactions, and AI-driven decision-making.
A key feature of the AI Workbench is its pre-built data gateway, which provides seamless integration with financial data sources, including banking platforms, credit bureaus, and accounting systems.
The platform also supports retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), enabling structured and unstructured financial documents to be transformed into AI-powered insights.
Security and compliance measures, such as hallucination control, personally identifiable information (PII) masking, and monitoring tools, have been incorporated to meet the regulatory requirements of financial institutions.
Another capability of the developer edition is its ‘Quick Create Agent’ function, allowing users to rapidly build AI agents with minimal setup.
Developers can also monetise their AI solutions through the Agent Store, where AI agents can be made available to more than 300 financial institutions using the Uptiq Platform.
Uptiq CEO Snehal Fulzele said: “The AI Workbench Developer Edition is a game-changer for financial services AI development.
“It provides a secure, scalable, and highly customisable environment where developers can build next-generation AI agents without needing deep ML expertise.”
The developer edition underwent beta testing with over 100 agent builders and engineers. It is now generally available for partners and enterprises.
