Payroll Integrations has formed a strategic partnership with UKG, which provides HR, payroll, workforce management and culture solutions, to streamline payroll and benefits administration. The collaboration aims to automate manual processes that are currently consuming significant time and resources in HR departments.

HR professionals typically spend 12 hours weekly on payroll and benefits-related tasks due to reliance on manual processes. These tasks include tracking payroll, managing employee deductions, and running benefit contributions, which can lead to data inaccuracies and additional costs for companies.

The partnership allows companies utilising UKG Pro or UKG Ready to automate these administrative tasks using Payroll Integrations’ technology. With integrations into over major US benefit providers, the technology facilitates secure data transfer between payroll systems and benefit plan providers. This reduces manual data entry, enhances data accuracy, and allows employers to concentrate on expanding benefit offerings and improving employee financial well-being.

Payroll Integrations CEO Doug Sabella said: “Companies want to support employees’ financial wellness, but it can be hard to find time to connect and engage with employees when HR teams are bogged down with hours of payroll and benefits-related administrative tasks.

“We’re looking forward to working with UKG to expand our work to automate HR hassles so companies can prioritise their employees.”

UKG’s solutions are based on the FleX platform, which supports workplace productivity and employee satisfaction through its adaptable API framework, FleX Flow. This framework integrates with existing IT systems to enhance the overall work environment.

UKG technology partnerships vice-president Mike May said: “Our partnership ecosystem helps us support our customers with seamless solutions that improve business outcomes and inspire people.

“Partners like Payroll Integrations allow us to extend our capabilities and deliver technology that elevates the workplace experience, and meet the needs of people throughout their life-work journey.”
