UBS Wealth Management USA expands with addition of Hart Group

Led by financial advisers James Hart, Emily Hoag, Natalie Squillace, and Nolan Hart, along with registered client service associate Lynda O Von Jaeger, the team collectively oversees around $1.3bn in client assets

UBS Wealth Management USA, a subsidiary of Switzerland-based UBS, announced that Hart Group, a four-person advisor team, has joined the firm.

Led by financial advisers James Hart, Emily Hoag, Natalie Squillace, and Nolan Hart, along with registered client service associate Lynda O Von Jaeger, the team collectively manages around $1.3bn in client assets, specialising in serving high-net-worth individuals and families within the athletes and entertainers segment.

Hart Group’s integration marks a strategic move within the UBS Greater New England Market, overseen by William Cholawa. They will be situated in the Albany, New York office, under the leadership of Gabriel D’Amica.

James Hart (Jim) brings a wealth of experience to UBS, with over 30 years in wealth management, previously serving as a financial adviser with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management since 2010. He focuses on guiding individuals, families, athletes, and business owners toward achieving their current and future financial objectives, tailored to their specific needs.

Emily Hoag entered the financial services industry in 2017 with Merrill Lynch, specialising in helping clients determine and attain their unique financial goals. At UBS, Emily continues to support clients through various life events, aiding in their preparation and transition.

Nolan Hart, with six years’ experience at Alliance Bernstein and an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, returned to financial services in 2023 after assisting young athletes with their NIL (name, image, and likeness) at 2kPAID.

As part of Hart Group, Nolan focuses on guiding sports and entertainment clients through the distinct challenges of their careers. Nolan, a native of Albany, New York, graduated from Syracuse University, where he played basketball under Hall of Fame Coach Jim Boeheim.
