Swiss financial services firm UBS is expanding its Workplace Wealth Solutions in the US, with the Equity Plan Services Plan Admin Pro, powered by insightsoftware.
Insightsoftware is a US-based company providing financial reporting and enterprise performance management software to empower business leaders.
Equity Plan Services Plan Admin Pro integrates insightsoftware’s advanced technology with UBS’s expertise in corporate client and plan participant needs,
The cloud-based solution offers a comprehensive and scalable solution for managing global equity plans, to enhance service for corporate equity plan clients.
It offers customisable features to meet diverse client requirements, allowing corporate clients of all sizes to effectively manage their equity awards.

UBS’s Workplace Wealth Solutions, part of UBS Wealth Management in the US, provides wealth management and recordkeeping services for corporate equity plans.
It includes UBS Equity Plan Services, UBS Retirement Plan Services, and Financial Wellness, serving nearly three million participants and managing over $180bn in assets.
The new Equity Plan Services Plan Admin Pro platform will leverage insightsoftware’s technology to enhance the service experience for UBS’s corporate equity plan clients.
Its important features include AI-enabled data and visual analytics tools for compliance and strategic decision-making, alongside private market capabilities.
