Singapore-based boutique private equity firm Tembusu Partners has introduced a new multi-family office (MFO) Tembusu Wealth Management in collaboration with asset management company Reuss Private.

The new multi-family office will be led by private wealth managing partner Jonathan Ng, former market leader at Pictet Private Wealth’s Southeast Asia wealth management unit.

Jonathan Ng said: “The financial landscape is constantly evolving, this new partnership platform unites the best ideas and expertise to create a tailored solution for each unique client, ensuring financial harmony and a legacy that lasts.”

According to Tembusu Partners, the combination of Jonathan Ng’s expertise in serving high net-worth and ultra-high net-worth families and the company’s knowledge will offer a new extensive solution for managing family office wealth in Singapore.

Tembusu Partners invests in early and growth-stage companies with an aim to create sustainable returns for investee companies as well as investors.

The firm also supports businesses through mezzanine and equity financing apart from contributing operational expertise to help them expand.

Tembusu Partners founder and chairman Andy Lim said: “We are delighted that Jonathan has chosen Tembusu and Reuss as his partners for the newly established multi-family office business.

“With his extensive experience of the wealth management landscape in Southeast Asia, we are confident our multi-family office will provide exceptional service to high net-worth families seeking independent advice for their wealth preservation needs across generations.”

Tembusu Wealth Management is being established at a time when the region is experiencing a substantial influx of private funds, said Tembusu Partners.

Established in 2000, Reuss Private offers tailored financial services, including asset management and investment advisory services catering to high-net-worth individuals and families. The company also operates a fixed income brokerage business.
