The collaboration helps financial institutions strengthen customer relationships by delivering relevant offers and communications directly within banking apps.

Through this solution, Access Digital clients can provide targeted promotions and contextual messaging, supporting customer retention and revenue growth. The platform detects user intent to ensure timely and personalised outreach.
The Opportunities Engine also enables financial institutions to automate data-driven campaigns. It includes an analytics dashboard that tracks user trends, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
The platform integrates with core banking systems, customer relationship management platforms, and fintech applications, allowing institutions to leverage existing infrastructure without major technical modifications.

Launched in December 2024 as part of Pulsate’s digital engagement platform, the Opportunities Engine helps financial institutions go beyond digital engagement to drive deposits and revenue.
It delivers real-time contextual offers, such as push notifications for debit card usage at selected merchants, preapproved auto loan promotions, and alerts for maturing certificates of deposit. By continuously adapting to user interactions, it enhances digital banking relationships over time.
Additionally, the Opportunities Engine provides financial institutions with an Opportunities File, identifying customers who have shown interest in specific products or services. This enables frontline staff to follow up with personalised engagement, combining digital interactions with direct customer support.
