Opnfi, a Singapore-based embedded finance firm, has partnered with actyv.ai to extend business-to-business (B2B) embedded finance (EmFi) solutions for businesses in South Asia, ASEAN, the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
Headquartered in India, actyv.ai is an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform with embedded B2B buy now pay later (BNPL) as well as insurance.
The firm helps enterprises, suppliers, distributors, and retailers to expand through its partnerships with financial organisations.
Actyv.ai includes offerings such as actyvPayLater, actyvGo, actyvScore, actyvInvest, and actyvInsure.

Founded this year, Opnfi is a banking-as-a-service (BaaS) hub that orchestrates the banking infrastructure through application programming interfaces (APIs) to deliver cross-border EmFi services.
Its platform supports the integration between enterprise customers and financial services institutions.
The firm specialises in EmFi, merchant payments, finance, BNPL, lending, insurance, remittance, point of sale, cheque clearance, payment rails, direct from bank payments, payment infrastructure, pay now, direct debit, and micro-finance.
Opnfi’s platform will enable actyv.ai to build new EmFi solutions customised to the special requirements of the latter’s corporate customers in one centralised platform.
