Moxo, a client interaction workflow solution provider, is joining forces with Kasisto, a digital experience platform, to provide digital assistant capabilities within the former’s OneStop Client Interaction Hub.
Kasisto had created a digital experience platform called KAI for the financial services sector.
The integration of Kasisto’s digital banking assistant within OneStop Interaction Client Hub is expected to help financial institutions in streamlining interactions with client across multiple client segments and use cases.
By using intelligent digital assistants, KAI is said to handle initial product and service inquiries.
The KAI platform can escalate any conversations that need high-touch human interaction to knowledge workers at the financial institution or bank to handle through Moxo.
The joint offering of Moxo and Kasisto is said to help bring down the cost of customer service and boost the productivity of bank staff.
Kasisto co-founder and CEO Zor Gorelov said: “The customer service experience has never been more important to the clients of financial institutions than it is today.
“From consumer banking to business banking to investment management, today’s financial clients expect to engage digitally, efficiently, and at just the right moment.
“Our partnership and integration with Moxo will allow front-line bankers and relationship managers at financial institutions to focus on the highest-value tasks and conversations, while ensuring their clients enjoy engaging digital experiences.”
The digital assistants of Kasisto are powered by the KAI conversational artificial intelligence (AI) platform. They are claimed to be the first digital banking assistants to be integrated within Moxo’s OneStop Client Interaction Hub.
The combined services are said to offer an end-to-end client interaction solution for financial services.
KAI, which is integrated within Moxo’s Live Chat module is connected to the financial services ecosystem for handling the first level of client questions that don’t require to be answered by a human.
Moxo co-founder and CEO Subrah Iyar said: “We are excited to partner with Kasisto to further deliver seamless interactions and experiences that clients and consumers expect in today’s digital-first world.
“Together, Moxo and Kasisto will provide our joint clients with a competitive advantage within the financial services industry by ensuring personalised and engaging experiences across client segments.”
