Morgan Stanley at Work, a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley, and end-to-end compensation management platform Pave announced the launch of an integration with the Shareworks application programming interface (API).
The Morgan Stanley subsidiary provides a portfolio of financial solutions, including Equity Compensation through Shareworks and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online, retirement and financial wellness solutions.
Through the Shareworks API integration, Morgan Stanley at Work private markets customers are expected to seamlessly access real-time compensation benchmarking and planning solutions.
Pave aims to develop compensation tools and easily accessible market data to help companies plan, communicate, and benchmark in real time.
The integration is expected to enable the platform to support firms in making data-driven, fair, transparent equity decisions based on market data.
Pave CEO Matt Schulman said: “It’s not every day that two leading forces team up to offer companies an innovative and comprehensive compensation solution.
“By integrating Pave’s platform with Shareworks, employers will have access to unique insights that can help make more informed and equitable compensation decisions.”
The launch follows a number of initiatives by Morgan Stanley at Work to seamlessly deliver essential data to clients.
It includes integrations with accounting firms, like KPMG, Deloitte/GAIN, and Ernst & Young.
Besides, the Morgan Stanley unit has integrated an API with Wilson Sonsini that reads and writes capitalisation data straight into Shareworks and an API with Workday that enables customisable file imports.
According to Morgan Stanley at Work, the integrated customers can utilise its equity data to plan equity refresh grants, benchmark equity grants against peers, and communicate equity with employees.
Morgan Stanley at Work private market ecosystem head Kevin Swan said: “Now more than ever, clients are seeking a one-stop shop for accurate and timely information to drive data-led employee decisions.
“Within the lens of our focus on arming clients with everything they need in one place, this integration brings an added breadth of data for clients on the Shareworks platform.”
