US-based MidWestOne Bank has gone live with Temenos Digital Onboarding as software-as-a-service (SaaS) on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The SaaS solution was implemented for MidWestOne by the Swiss banking software provider’s delivery partner in North America, RCG Global Services.

MidWestOne Bank’s engagement with Temenos will allow the lender to improve its customer acquisition and retention through digital channels on a resilient, scalable platform.

By leveraging Temenos Digital Onboarding, the American bank is optimising its customer onboarding process to address customer expectations for rapid and seamless digital experiences while improving operational efficiency.

Temenos Digital Onboarding offers integrated tools for creating data collection forms, e-signatures, and workflow management, streamlining the entire digital onboarding process for a seamless customer experience.

The platform is said to ensure a smooth and efficient process for MidWestOne Bank’s customers, whether they are opening an account, applying for a loan, or completing know your customer (KYC) due diligence.

Additionally, MidWestOne Bank benefits from rapid deployment and easy integration of essential third-party fintech services, such as ID verification, within the digital onboarding journey.

Moreover, Temenos SaaS offers the bank the flexibility and scalability required to adapt to changing customer requirements and regulatory needs, all on a secure, continuously updated platform.
