UK-based insurance company Howden has signed a multi-year partnership agreement with FullCircl, a software-as-a-service provider for insurance brokers, to boost client experience.
The partnership aims to help Howden’s clients with the required levels of coverage while reducing the burden and costs related to compliance.
As part of the collaboration, Howden will implement FullCircl’s SmartBroker solution, which integrates essential company information and compliance screening within the Acturis platform.
The integration will help Howden drive efficiencies in the client acquisition and onboarding process and deliver a consistent client experience across its national branch network.
It will also enhance the monitoring of Howden’s existing client book to ensure client retention and growth.

The current integration project is driven in part by Howden UK&I CEO Carl Shuker, to support a consistent Howden client experience across the National Branch Network.
It is the most significant deployment since the partnership between FullCircl and Acturis that was initiated last year, to help Howden roll out the integrated package to its 2,000 Acturis users.
