Clean energy solutions provider Gentari Sdn Bhd (Gentari) via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gentari Green Mobility Sdn Bhd, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BMW Malaysia (“BMW”) to explore the implementation of green mobility services and solutions, as well as renewable energy deployment.

Gentari and BMW are currently actively working together to explore potential collaborations in areas such as installation of electric vehicle (“EV”) charging infrastructure at various facilities, including among others, the BMW network of dealerships; various EV fleet solutions in the Malaysia market; value-added services for BMW EV owners including EV charging subscription plans, electric forecourts, portable charging and mobile charging services; and deployment of joint renewable energy infrastructure.

The signing ceremony held at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur was attended by Deputy CEO of Gentari & CEO of Green Mobility Sdn Bhd, Shah Yang Razalli and Hans de Visser, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia.
