FINBOA has partnered with mobile and online banking solutions provider MEA Financial to deliver integrated dispute intake and automated compliance processing for the latter’s customers.

Based in the US, FINBOA offers intelligent process automation to banks and credit unions to streamline and enhance regulatory compliance by eliminating manual systems.

The firm is engaged in delivering transformative software proven to enable institutional growth by reducing operational costs and risk.

FINBOA CEO and founder Raj Singal said: “We are excited to partner with MEA Financial to offer their bank and credit union customers a paperless payment dispute process integrated with MEA Financial online and mobile digital services.

“This will allow any MEA client financial institution the ability to streamline and simplify the payment dispute process, while improving regulatory compliance. We look forward to a productive and mutually beneficial relationship.”

The collaboration will enable MEA Financial to promote the FINBOA payment disputes software as a service (SaaS) solution to its clients instead of the manual compliance processes and systems that are usually used by financial institutions (FIs).

Additionally, the partnership will grant MEA-powered institutions access to an automated and efficient alternative for manual dispute management.

The institutions will also gain the ability for their account holders to easily initiate payment disputes within their online or mobile banking application.

MEA Financial president and CEO Edward Rhea said: “UniFI is a leading edge digital solution that allows FIs to deliver a fresh UI/UX while providing all the requirements for a full function retail and commercial digital offering. FINBOA adds another streamlined solution to a complex issue every FI faces today.”

MEA Financial offers advanced software and marketing solutions to its customer base of financial institutions.

Its portfolio of products includes digital solutions like UniFI Digital Banking and support for mobile banking across all operating systems, telephone banking and online account opening.
