EY, ServiceNow to offer generative AI compliance, governance, and risk management solutions 

Through the extended alliance, the EY organisation will leverage ServiceNow’s Now Assist GenAI capabilities to bring improved experiences to its professionals and clients

EY and ServiceNow have expanded their collaboration to offer solutions for generative artificial intelligence (AI) compliance, governance, and risk management.

Through the extended alliance, the EY organisation will leverage ServiceNow’s Now Assist GenAI capabilities to bring improved experiences to its professionals and clients.

The new AI solutions aim to enhance EY’s capabilities on ServiceNow’s risk management solutions.

Besides, EY will use ServiceNow generative AI capabilities across IT and HR business operations. This involves the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) PRO+, HR Service Delivery (HRSD) PRO+, and Now Assist GenAI tools.

EY global chairman and CEO Carmine Di Sibio said: “The challenge many clients face is putting appropriate governance in place when adopting the technology.

“Together, the EY organisation and ServiceNow will help organisations confidently turn AI risk management and regulatory compliance concerns into opportunities to drive business value.”

According to the parties, the newly developed offerings will enhance the management and governance of AI. It is expected to facilitate proper compliance with regulatory requirements and encourage ethical, transparent, and accountable business practices.

The solutions include EY AI Governance and Compliance to offer businesses with a portfolio of essential capabilities including AI discovery and inventory management, policy management and implementation, risk tiering, and automated monitoring.

ServiceNow chairman and CEO Bill McDermott said: “GenAI has inspired the imagination.

“EY is shoulder-to-shoulder with ServiceNow to take costs out, put productivity in, and accelerate growth for our customers. Our partnership will enable the adoption of Gen AI on the ServiceNow platform at unprecedented speed.”

The new offerings are scheduled to be available in Q1 2024.
