CapBridge, an investment syndication and financial products platform, has joined forces with financial technology company Moomoo Singapore for enhancing investment access for accredited investors.

Moomoo Singapore has developed a digitalised brokerage and wealth management platform aimed at transforming the investing experience.

CapBridge, a member of Singapore-based financial holding group FOMO Global, aims to empower its clients through this collaboration.

The partnership provides clients with direct and secure access to Moomoo Singapore’s investment products via CapBridge’s fully licensed custodian service, CapBridge Nominee.

CapBridge now expects its clients to easily invest in a wide range of public market products offered by Moomoo Singapore. These include stocks, exchange traded funds (ETFs), and funds from the US, Singapore, and Hong Kong markets, using CapBridge’s digital investment platform.

The initiative aligns with CapBridge’s strategy to broaden its investment offerings to include both traditional and digital assets sourced from leading providers. This ensures top-tier investment opportunities for its investors, said CapBridge.

CapBridge is a capital markets services licensee regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). It provides integrated financial solutions encompassing custodial, private, and public market investment services for securities and funds.

This unified approach by the firm is said to simplify portfolio management for clients, consolidating all their allocation needs under one platform and eliminating the complexity of dealing with multiple service providers.

CapBridge founder and CEO Johnson Chen said: “By integrating Moomoo’s diverse investment offerings into our platform, we aim to provide unparalleled public market investment opportunities on a global scale.

“Additionally, our clients can enjoy increased efficiency and convenience by having custodial and investment services consolidated under one single provider within CapBridge’s full suite of financial products. This can lead to faster execution of investment decisions, smoother account management, and simplified reporting, reconciliation and communication.”

Moomoo Singapore, which is backed by Nasdaq-listed Futu, is said to be the first digital brokerage in Singapore to get approval for the Digital Payment Token Service licence from MAS.
