Google Cloud and BlinkX, a digital broker platform by JM Financial, have collaborated to utilise the former’s data analytics capabilities in a move to offer tailored financial services for Indian customers.
Dubbed ClienTech framework, the new solution will enable the digital broker platform to place the client at the centre of financial innovation through personalisation and customer understanding.
BlinkX managing director Gagan Singla has been quoted by various media as saying: “By leveraging the power of Google’s cutting-edge technology, we aim to dismantle traditional financial barriers and create a more inclusive, personalised, and empowering financial ecosystem for our clients.
“This falls in line with our aspiration of being the country’s first no-glitch trading app with 24/7 availability and an adaptive platform for all types of investments. At the heart of our ClienTech philosophy lies our key areas of innovation which we termed as S.P.A.R – Servicing, Pricing, Algorithms and Research.”
The collaboration brings together Google Cloud’s data analytics capabilities and cloud operations and BlinkX’s new approach to financial services, backed by their in-house technological expertise.
Besides, the partnership between both parties aims to introduce a new paradigm in the fintech sector by utilising advanced algorithms, integrating large language models (LLMs) and deploying tailored data analytics.
This will personalise financial services specifically for the various requirements and preferences of Indian customers, who frequently showcase complex consumption patterns.
Google Cloud India vice president and country manager and Google spokesperson Bikram Bedi has been quoted by various media as saying: “Our collaboration with BlinkX is more than a testament to technological innovation; it’s a commitment to understanding and serving the individual needs of every customer.
“Through this partnership, we are not only helping BlinkX set a new standard in fintech but also assisting them pioneer a new approach to customer engagement. This partnership is expected to have far-reaching implications for the financial industry, setting a new standard for how financial services are delivered and experienced.”
Last year, Google Cloud partnered with JM Financial to assist the latter in building its retail digital customer base and enhancing its digital customer experience strategy.
Headquartered in Mumbai, JM Financial is an integrated and diversified financial services group with its equity shares listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
