Arta Finance, a digital wealth management platform, has launched globally, expanding its services to accredited investors in Singapore and international investors interested in managing their wealth in the Asian country.

The platform aims to capitalise on Singapore’s position as a global financial hub, where an estimated 1.6 million non-Singaporeans are expected to manage approximately $4.8 trillion in assets by 2028.

This international expansion follows Arta’s US debut in October 2023, where it quickly grew to manage substantial assets for a growing client base.

Arta provides investors with access to private investments from top fund managers, public market strategies, and structured products, all without the typical sales pressures, unclear pricing, or manual processes found at many financial institutions.

Developed in Singapore, the platform also features philanthropic giving options through Co-Axis, a Temasek Trust initiative, as well as a Founding Member community and a Singlish language setting within its artificial intelligence (AI) Copilot.

The AI Copilot, a key offering, is designed specifically for wealth management and finance. This patent-pending technology, now gradually available to members, helps investors make informed decisions by offering tools to ideate, analyse, and monitor portfolios.

Arta’s AI system employs a combination of commercial closed-source models, fine-tuned open-source large language models (LLMs), and proprietary AI developed in-house. The platform ensures user privacy, with encryption in place for all data storage and transmission.

Arta CEO Caesar Sengupta said: “Arta is at the intersection of some powerful trends, including the personalisation and democratisation of wealth management, the huge growth and opportunity in private market investing, and the use of AI to create capabilities that have previously only been the preserve of the ultra-wealthy.”

Additionally, Arta announced a partnership with UAE’s Wio Invest, which will integrate Arta’s ‘wealth-as-a-service’ platform into its investment offerings, subject to regulatory approval.

This platform, developed with support from the Singapore Economic Development Board’s venture-building team, enables banks to launch wealth management services more quickly, integrate Arta’s AI Copilot, or fully white-label the platform.

To support this technology integration, Arta has partnered with Google Cloud and consultancy Capco, offering solutions to help financial institutions integrate the cloud-based platform into their systems.

Arta’s wealth platform is now available globally to accredited investors on desktop and mobile.
