Advisor360° has announced the launch of Tandem, a new customer relationship management (CRM) solution tailored for independent registered investment advisers (RIAs).
This multi-custodial product offers a reporting engine, secure document management, financial planning integrations, and a client-facing portal.
The cloud-based Tandem platform incorporates artificial intelligence (AI)-driven tools to automate financial workflows and address regulatory requirements. The development of this tool leverages Advisor360°’s technology infrastructure and follows the acquisition of Parrot AI.
Tandem aims to streamline client record-keeping, financial planning, and reporting processes by automating these tasks. This reduces the need for manual administrative work and enhances client interactions with AI-generated insights.
The system is built to log and audit actions to meet SEC and Reg BI compliance standards.

In addition to Tandem, Advisor360° plans to release Parrot AI as a separate offering. Parrot AI will allow advisers to record, transcribe, and summarise meetings, generating notes and files compatible with major conferencing systems.
The acquisition of Boston-based Parrot AI in January 2025 expands Advisor360°’s AI capabilities. This integration enables advisors to manage meeting records effectively.
