Mobile virtual network operator 1GLOBAL has teamed up with Verint, a customer experience (CX) automation company, to modernise compliance across the financial services and trading sectors.
The objective of the partnership is to enhance mobile compliance recording solutions for financial institutions across the globe.
1GLOBAL aims to offer all its global clients trusted cloud-based recording solutions backed by Verint financial compliance.
According to the mobile virtual network operator, professionals with compliance obligations will be able to boost their productivity and capabilities.
This enhancement will come through voice transcription that features keyword searching, alerting, and meeting summaries.
Verint global channels and alliances senior vice president John Bourne said: “Combining the 1GLOBAL mobile voice and SMS capture capability with the core Verint solution is a critical part of the joint strategy to align all communications into a user-centric view.
“The integration will provide customers with more control, increased data completeness and the ability to proactively expose compliance anomalies.”
Besides, 1GLOBAL clients will be able to reliably adhere to compliance and trade surveillance policies under MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, MAR / MAD II and other regulations, helping them avoid fines and penalties for non-compliance.
The new toolset will expedite compliance audits and seamlessly deliver regulatory agencies complete records of trade-related interactions in a timely manner, said 1GLOBAL.
Financial institutions will also be able to lower costs by utilising optimised administration, automated rules, streamlined conversation retrieval, and a broad range of external storage integrations on one single contract.
