GTreasury, a digital treasury solutions provider for the office of the chief financial officer (CFO), has acquired cash forecasting and accounts payable/accounts receivable (AR/AP) analytics solution company CashAnalytics.

The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Established in 2012, CashAnalytics offers an intuitive user interface and cash forecasting capabilities, including the CashAnalytics SmartLedger. The SmartLedger delivers deep insights into working capital drivers within a business.

CashAnalytics can also be easily deployed with application programming interface (API) connectivity into banks, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and any legacy treasury management systems.

The company is said to serve over 1,000 business entities across more than 40 countries, analysing and optimising over $100bn in cash flow every day.

CashAnalytics CEO Conor Deegan said: “CashAnalytics’ ability to automate the collection of cash flow data from internal ERP or TMS systems and banks with API connectivity is a perfect match for GTreasury’s own approach to seamless access and timely analysis of financial data.

“The result for CFOs is a faster time-to-value realisation, from a solution that can be deployed in a matter of weeks instead of months. We are extremely excited about this next stage and look forward to our shared achievements to come.”

Through the acquisition of CashAnalytics, GTreasury aims to enhance its portfolio of solutions with a critical first point of treasury automation that can be deployed in just weeks as a single solution.

CashAnalytics is also expected to offer seamless data orchestration and user interface across GTreasury’s suite of digital treasury solutions.

GTreasury CEO Renaat Ver Eecke said: “CashAnalytics is a perfect match for GTreasury and a very natural next step in the journey for our product, customers, and employees.

“CashAnalytics, as part of GTreasury, opens up cutting-edge treasury technology to a far wider market that, up to now, has only had access to monolithic treasury management systems that are rigid, costly, and difficult to deploy.”

Headquartered in Chicago, GTreasury is engaged in delivering solutions spanning cash, payments, debt, derivatives, investments, and exposures across a scalable suite of fit-for-purpose solutions.

The firm enables treasury and finance teams to connect, compile, and manage mission-critical data to streamline cash flows and capital structures.
