Missouri Central Credit Union has chosen Bankjoy’s digital banking platform and Online Account Opening solution to enhance member acquisition and onboarding.

Located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and established in 1931, Missouri Central Credit Union manages nearly $78m in assets. The credit union aimed to implement a cost-effective digital banking platform that offers a competitive experience similar to that of large national banks.

After a thorough evaluation of various vendors, supported by their strategic partner Cornerstone Advisors, Missouri Central Credit Union selected Bankjoy’s digital banking products to improve member experience and provide advanced digital tools.

The partnership will provide Missouri Central Credit Union members with access to Bankjoy’s comprehensive digital platform, which includes online and mobile banking, e-statements, and integrated online loan applications.

The Online Account Opening solution offers a rapid, 90-second onboarding process that includes ID upload and selfie matching for secure and efficient account setup. The system supports enrolment via mobile, online, and in-branch channels, and integrates with the credit union’s core processing system, Fiserv Portico, ensuring a consistent experience across all channels.
