Capgemini has acquired Switzerland-based digital transformation service provider Knowledge Expert, which specialises in Pega technologies.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by the French tech major.
According to Capgemini, the acquisition will boost its capabilities in its offerings in digital customer experience across Europe.
Capgemini Southern Europe strategic business unit CEO and group executive board member Jérôme Siméon said: “Knowledge Expert has built a reputation of industry leading capabilities to deliver CX transformation programs with agility, quality and on time.”

Knowledge Expert is a registered Pega Service Partner. It is said to use low-code scalable architecture to assist its customers in transforming their digital strategies into market realities and overcome the complexity of their most difficult business challenges.
Across Europe, Knowledge Expert ‘s customer base includes companies in the insurance, finance, pharmaceutical, energy, consumer goods, and telecommunications sectors.

Separately, Capgemini announced the acquisition of Singapore-based Aodigy Asia Pacific, which is said to specialise in digital transformation on the Salesforce platform. The financial terms of the acquisition were not revealed.
Aodigy Asia Pacific is claimed to offer a full range of Salesforce ecosystem customer engagement solutions. The company has operations across Singapore and Vietnam.
Its solutions includes customer interaction, cloud migration, sales optimisation, and business process automation.
Through the acquisition, Capgemini expects to further bolster its ability to provide end-to-end digital transformation at scale across the Asia Pacific region.
