Headquartered in Austin, Texas, SineCera Capital is a boutique wealth management firm.
Its acquisition by Prime Capital Financial is designed to meet the specific requirements of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families by providing specialised financial services.
Founded in 2019 by Kevin A. Kaylakie, SineCera Capital has been engaged in providing wealth management and family office services. The firm offers an array of services, such as estate planning, investment management, complex reporting, bill payment, and banking management.
It currently advises clients with total assets amounting to $1.55bn.
As an independent wealth management firm, SineCera Capital focuses on delivering advanced investment solutions and fostering relationships with high-net-worth individuals across the US.
It operates as a registered investment adviser with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Kaylakie will assume the role of president within the newly formed family office division.
Previously operating as Prime Capital Investment Advisors, Prime Capital Financial adopts a client-focused approach to financial planning. The firm provides a range of services that include fee-based asset and wealth management through its Prime Capital Wealth division.
Moreover, it offers retirement plan advisory services and education for plan participants through Prime Capital Retirement services. With 70 offices across the US, Prime Capital Financial serves clients nationwide through its investment adviser representatives under the federally registered Prime Capital Investment Advisors, (PCIA).

This development follows Prime Capital Financial’s recent collaboration with Sugarloaf Wealth Management. Based in Duluth, Georgia, with an additional office in Athens, this partnership marks Prime Capital Financial’s initial entry into the Atlanta metro area and strengthens its capabilities with nearly $1bn in assets under management/advisement (AUM/A).
