Scryb has launched Raidian, a new business unit focused on providing artificial intelligence (AI) governance and compliance solutions for enterprises.
Raidian is expected to help businesses with software to manage AI-related risks, streamline compliance processes. It will also aim to improve operational efficiency, particularly in highly regulated and complex environments.
Additionally, Scryb has developed a prototype of its software as a service (SaaS) offering.
The introduction of Raidian aligns with the increasing global focus on AI regulation, including measures such as the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) and the White House’s Executive Order 14110, said the company.
Raidian’s software addresses challenges arising from interconnected AI systems. It offers dynamic monitoring capabilities that deliver real-time insights into system interdependencies.
This functionality supports enterprises in proactively mitigating risks, maintaining compliance, and reducing legal, financial, and reputational exposures.
Scryb has appointed Yoav Raiter as the CEO to lead the new venture.
Raiter said: “The need for AI governance and management tools is greater than ever, as organisations face growing challenges in navigating AI risks and regulatory requirements.
“Raidian’s mission is to equip businesses with the tools they need to ensure safe, trustworthy, and compliant AI systems, while capturing the immense potential of this rapidly growing market.”
The new venture leverages Scryb’s expertise in delivering scalable SaaS solutions and addresses the increasing demand for AI governance.
Radian’s solutions automate key functions such as monitoring, risk assessment, and compliance management, enabling businesses to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.
Based in Canada, Scryb focuses on developing and scaling innovative ventures in applied AI, digital health, cybersecurity, and biotech. Its portfolio includes Cybeats Technologies, a cybersecurity firm in which Scryb holds a substantial ownership stake.
