Uptiq, a provider of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered financial solutions, has introduced its new vertically integrated enterprise AI platform, dubbed Uptiq AI Workbench, to transform regulated financial services sector.
The new platform is aimed at modernising the way banks, credit unions, and wealth management firms deliver AI-first experiences to their clients.
Deployed across more than 350 financial institutions, including highly regulated firms like Focus Financial Partners, Uptiq AI Workbench is said to have processed over $1bn in loans.
The new solution includes a library of pre-packaged agents that support a range of functions across financial advisory and operational roles, from financial advisers and loan officers to credit analysts and underwriters.
These agents assist with client engagement, provide seamless access to portfolio and client profiles via natural language processing, write deal memos, and automate a variety of back-office tasks.
Uptiq AI Workbench’s architecture enables smooth deployment within existing workflows and integrates with platforms like Orion and Alkami. This is said to make it adaptable to current banking and wealth management systems.
Designed to address the limitations of many general-purpose large language models (LLMs), the platform’s AI technology is engineered to deliver high reliability and accuracy.
This enhanced precision is supported by Uptiq’s proprietary Financial Data Gateway, which securely connects with over 100 software systems housing enterprise data for financial institutions’ clients.
Uptiq AI Workbench provides customisable workflows tailored to the specific needs of financial institutions, automating complex back-office processes to improve accuracy and reduce manual workloads.
It also offers full traceability of AI outputs and protection of sensitive financial information.
Additionally, Uptiq’s extensive integration capabilities cover a broad spectrum of financial data sources including banking, custodial, accounting, payroll, eCommerce, CRM, ERP, credit bureaus, and tax categories.
Uptiq CEO Snehal Fulzele said: “We are excited to bring a unique vertical AI Platform for the industry to deliver innovation at the speed of AI.
“We recognise that the ever expanding universe of foundational Generative AI models, more traditional predictive AI models and age-old rules-based engine have to come together to deliver innovation for FIs in a compliant manner.”
