Al-Futtaim Group, a diversified business conglomerate based in the Middle East and a key player in the automotive industry, has officially rolled out the SymphonyAI Summit enterprise IT platform.

This deployment will benefit 33,000 users across its operational divisions, reinforcing the company’s commitment to digital transformation and enabling the customisation of enterprise services.

The organisation encompasses five sectors: automotive, financial services, real estate, retail, and health. To manage its diverse operations, Al-Futtaim Group required a robust IT service management and asset management solution.
